Wow is Citi's customer service awful.
I had one person start helping me in chat, but then "her shift ended, and she had to transfer me to someone else". Who started the entire process all over again from the start
30-40 minute hold time if you can even get through the phone prompts. Calls disconnected twice. Can't hear, or understand the agents on the phone.
I will stop using this card as soon as the bonus is done with.
All this just for activation issues.

I agree. Had to deal with them this week and it was painful.
Its super frustrating because their cards are great from a points generating perspective, but then you call the customer support line 5 times for 1 issue because you always get a thick accent, poor reception call center employee who’s reading off a script and doesn’t know what they’re doing.
