Hello everyone,
I could use some advice on a situation I’m dealing with.
Back in November, I was rear-ended on the highway in traffic. The police responded and cited the other driver, and State Farm determined that I was not at fault.
Now that I’m shopping around for new insurance, I’m seeing the accident listed as at-fault on my driving record. I contacted State Farm confirmed I was not at fault and they provided a letter confirming I was not at fault, but they themselves not sure how to fix the fact it’s showing at fault on my driving record.
I’m located in Arizona, where at-fault accidents can stay on your record for up to 5 years, so I want to get this corrected before it affects my premiums. Has anyone dealt with something similar or know the best way to fix this?
Thank you!

Contest that one through LexisNexis CLUE.
What driving record are you talking about? A state DMV report or a CLUE report from lexis-nexus?
Get a Letter of Experience (LOE) from State Farm and then submit the correction to Lexisnexis Consumer Report Portal. It’s free and the LOE should be all you need to have it removed. You should be able to do the same with your DMV if it is reflecting there.
