Every day all I see is bright green and free money. How sustainable is this? It seems to be zero risk in the market….wondering if this will be like this eveey day now. Meaning nobody is calling for any kind kf pullback. Everyone has predictions for s&p 7700 to as high as 8100 and beyond for the remainder of 2026.

So can we just say from this point on there is absolutely zero risk.

Is it normal that our retirement accounts are printing money everyday?

This is exactly why I’ve rotated into less volatile assets.

    2. The free money is increasingly worthless as the years pass and supply is overinflated

    3. No, this is exactly the type of action that comes some period of time before a correction. How long before that occurs is impossible to predict exactly.

I do find it interesting that people have talked about declining returns for a number of years, like that the sp500 return would likely go down to 5% or so for a period, or even indefinitely, yet we’ve had 20% on average the last three years and currently, so far, on track for another year with good returns.

Yes stock prices have reached what looks like a permanently high plateau

Yes it will keep going up. At the cost of inflation. Chart M2 against your 401k and they will look awfully similar.

    6. This isn’t some brag but my wife and I went from a networth of $1.1m in 2022 to $2.6m in 2026. That’s just not sustainable.

I’ve been on the bull train for over a solid year and been making heavy gains especially with the inverse Liberal Reddit trades. But these last few weeks feel irrationally bullish.

But we don’t really have a free market…

We are paying for the market being ATH with our future basically.

I also felt the same when my portfolio kept going up daily. It feels easy, but markets do not stay like this forever. There’s always some risk, even when things look perfect. I remind myself not to get overconfident. My suggestion stay calm, keep a long-term view, and don’t assume gains will come every day.

What were your investments doing for the past 6 months before the recent move up? Mine were flat to down
