I have no Idea how I’m going to fund my masters

I got accepted into a Master of Arts Middle East Studies in Washington D.C. with little fellowship money and 20,000 in federal loans but other than that I don't know how I will fund the rest of my remaining three semesters the school gave me 16,000 total for 4 semesters and my parents are not keen on the idea of funding the sky high prices of rent and living expenses in dc I am currently applying for jobs within the school but given my luck with the current job market I don't know if it will work out, please offer any help or advice because I'm having so much anxiety and I do not want to give up my spot or pursue my masters at a later date
