A week and a half ago I fell for a phishing site. (I know stupid)
But I copped on pretty much immediately and called the fraud department. They froze the card and organized a new card and new numbers for that card and new passwords. Today I got that card and put the details in to access my bank account and still so many transactions have been made that weren't me.
Obviously first thing I did was call them and they froze it again and are setting up an investigation. But I'm worried now since they did it before. They can probably do it again even tho it's frozen again.
They didn't explain to me how this happened. So does anyone here know?
Money still taken after freezing card

Someone stole not just your card but your entire identity. Good luck.
Actually go to the bank. Take your ID with you. Speak to customer service in person. Have them explain how it happened and what they will do.
It seems like the bank transferred your scheduled monthly automatic payments (cell phone payment, Netflix, etc.) to the new card and that caused the fraudulent auto payment to continue. You need to call your credit card issuer and have them issue another card and have them cancel all auto payments. You will have to manually switch all of your payments to the new card.
Someone talked to them after you froze it and did social engineering to get it unfrozen. This is entirely on the bank, go in their mad and don’t let them blame you in anyway. Take no responsibility for any of the charges.
