I am in charge of a business conference next month (for a non-profit, the price is only $75 and includes an additional 15 hrs of virtual workshops as well. It's to help those who are working in a skilled trade to go into business if that's what they would like to do. My normal ways of getting the word out through email (paid digital marketing starts in a few days) are currently unsuccessful and I'm starting to stress out. I have emailed the flyer to several trades groups with little interest. I have gone to a few supply places that will let me put it on a work board but I'm sure no one's noticing that. Do any of you have suggestions on how I can reach guys who work in a trade who might be interested in this? Thank you in advance for your help!
Need advice on how to get the word out

Why are you organising a conference that no one wants?
Start with a smaller-scale event with warm leads from the non-profit.
Starting with a conference might be the hardest path possible. Have you done booths at other conferences? Talks at trade shows? In order to do your own conference, and I speak from experience, you should have done a ton of foundation work beforehand hand to get a reputation going
