Last Tuesday, I saw a great deal on a Private Stock PRS guitar and I wanted to get some points on it, so I explored what cards gave instant numbers. I quickly settled on the Bilt card as I also have a nearly $1M mortgage on a less than 1000 sqft home–thank you San Francisco!

    After I got approved, I tried to buy the guitar and immediately got blocked. Soon after I got an email from Cardless asking me to send a pic of my face while holding my DL, which I responded to immediately. This was over a week ago now, after multiple requests for responses on my end, and finally receiving the card in the mail too on Saturday, I still haven't heard anything.

    How long should I expect to hear from Cardless? How do you guys escalate your cases? If this is the status quo, can I cancel this card and get the af back still?
