Basically I don’t understand why random people could file a lawsuit to disrupt the SAVE plan but when all of us are drowning in debt and need this plan continued there aren’t any lawsuits that we can file?
This situation is enraging and is war on people who went to college.
Can we file a lawsuit to SAVE the SAVE plan?

Wasn’t it a State that sued to stop SAVE? They claimed standing indirectly through MOHELA IIRC.
The principles of stare decisis and res judicata would like a word.
