On 5/4/26, an inspector showed up at my home to do an external inspection. He took pictures of the outside of the home and then the roof. On 5/6/26, Progressive gave me a call asking me to sign my homeowners insurance documents. They sent an email with the following:
“Just a reminder that you need to sign your Progressive Home policy application.
Please review and complete your application via DocuSign to continue your coverage and avoid cancellation”
I had previously called on 4/9/26 to set up the homeowners insurance, but at that time, they did not ask for a signature on the documents. Now that they asked for signatures, does that mean they didn’t find any external issues with the home and the roof and are finalizing the insurance?
Progressive Inspector came to my home to do an external inspection.
