Not compensation based company options, but straight up American call, exchange traded stock options. I'm thinking TD Am or Schwab, etc.

Yes, many do
TD Ameritrade was bought by Schwab. And if you call them, they will buy/sell the stock for you to offset the exercise. But why not just sell before it expires?

Standardized equity options require delivery of both cash and shares upon exercising. Which part do you want to be cashless?
