I wonder what happens when the average citizen or business CANT pay their CREDIT card bill in the following year, almost like that one time where all those housing mortgages given out to people in 2005-2007 COULD NOT be paid back.

Credit cards are typically the last financial resort for the educated and often times the splurge when economic times are predictable.

Credit cards are last resort before “The average consumer” goes without basic living conditions.
