Me and my wife trying to rebuild credit scores to eventually buy a house. Seeking advice on the best way to tackle her student loans?

She’s got $16,343 in student loans. I am just wondering if there’s any programs that help with this kind of stuff? if not, are there any tips and tricks you might have used to help pay off this sort of debt, such as effective saving/paying on them methods? Any kind of tips/tricks/suggestions would be great, because we are motivated to get rid of these.
