How to get footage to my insurance?

2 months ago, I was sitting in a suicide lane waiting to turn when a lady drove head on into me. I was stopped.

She lied to the officer and said I was switching lanes and confused her. I tried to tell the officer she was lying. But I guess because she’s middle aged with a kid in the car and I’m young, he took her side and issued me a ticket. I asked him to check the publix parking lot footage and he pretty much said no.

When I got my court date, I was able to get a subpoena for the footage from Publix showing that I was stopped when she drove head on into me. My court date is on friday to contest the ticket.

My question is how do I get the footage to my insurance? Because the cop said I was at fault, my insurance paid for her car. And I haven’t had working headlights in two months.

Im in florida if that helps and I have Allstate.
