Need suggestions for a finance tracking up as 28 year old unemployed college student

I'm 28, finally going into college after decided what I wanna major in, and I'm currently unemployed. I get an allowance of sorts from some family members so I have a little bit of money, but not really a lot. I really just wanna find a finance app that will help me keep track of some bills I need to pay, or friends I need to pay back, and help me be able to save once I get those both figured out. There's so many options out there and I don't have the time to research all of them, so I was hoping that maybe I could find some suggestions here.
