    Gambling 0dte ruined me at 19


    Made and lost all my money options trading 0dte like most people on here. This loss was around 10 months ago haven’t touched options or any type of gambling since. I lost all this money on the span of a year and 1/4 of it was made in online casinos to make it worst. Any tips on making this back that’s not in the market or a Wendy’s hat lol?

      I remember having 20k when I was 21, I made a 40k out of it in stock market (Covid flash crash opportunity), then lost 70% of it in stock exchange (leveraged futures), then got back to 20k in leveraged bitcoin trades, (back to square 1) and then spent it all to buy a second hand car (I crashed it last year). What a wild journey it’s been.

      serious note, i was down 250k at 1 point, like 5 years ago. with persistent and self control. im currently like 40k in profit all time! (this is all options trade)

      If you ever do hop back in remember that the most vital thing you must achieve is to limit and mitigate losses. Close losing positions while they are paper cuts – don’t wait for them to become gushing wounds.

      Don’t be afraid to switch polarity. If there’s a strong move brewing but you guessed the wrong direction don’t hesitate to switch from calls to puts or vice versa instead of just doubling/averaging down on your flawed prediction.
