I need help or advice on what i could do about my car accident

hello, so i got into a car accident at the beginning of the year. i call their insurance because the guy was at fault. a few days later they accept 100% fault.. cool. so my vehicle gets sent to a body shop and its there while they figure out if its fixable or totalled, i get a rental through the guys insurance for about 2 weeks. my vehicle was then deemed a total loss. as soon as its a total loss, the insurance isn’t responsible for my rental anymore, so i return it no big deal. there was 18k worth of damages to my vehicle and the guys insurance said my vehicles ACV is at 36k (its a BMW m340i 2020) i financed the vehicle last year for 38k pretty good deal and i only owe 23k on it. so it was like that for about a month and i would call the insurance every single day and no answer so i started calling BS. im fed up with their bs at this point no answers no emails nothing, im using my parents car to get to work and so forth. and im lucky they let me use it too and very grateful. so they finally pick up one day and they say “hey btw you’re responsible for your vehicle being in the auto shop and its $200 a day fee thats racking up” LOL i almost got a heart attack. i then say well why tf havent yall answered i called daily i am not paying any money. after yelling at them they said theyd take care if it…DUHHH. so another month goes by and at this point im still calling every other day and no answer. mind you im still making my monthly payments on my car( i dont want trouble with my bank who gave me the car loan). randomly i get a call one day and its the insurance stating that “oh sir actually your vehicle IS repairable, we re evaluated the damages and its only 11k” at this point i was so over it that i chose not to argue as long as my vehicle gets fixed. so here we are now still waiting on my damn vehicle to get fixed. i should be getting it this friday 05/08/26 after 5 months of waiting. i feel like i definitely got screwed and played with. some key factors my vehicle ACV 36k. the dudes insurance policy limit 25k lol. (allstate) this happened in the state of nevada (las vegas) if there’s anything that i could do additionally to get the most out of this accident please let me know. i also went to chiropractor since i got injured and i already got my check on that end luckily.
