What ads are getting you guys high conversions right now?

I just paused my campaigns because Meta has been brutal lately. I was spending around $20+ per lead and barely getting any qualified calls. In this niche I really need to be closer to $5–6 CPL for the numbers to make sense.

I’m curious what’s actually working for other people in insurance/claims right now. Feels like every time I start scaling, performance drops or the account gets flagged for something random.
