When we bought a house with a small yard, we decided to grow as much food in the space as our HOA will allow. Nine years ago we planted grapevines along the back fence. This year's leaves have just now grown big enough to eat.
Picked 12 leaves. They'll be ready to cook after three days in a 1:1 ratio of vinegar and water. Keeping them in a repurposed jar.
The filling is rice and herbs, and (optionally) lamb.
