Nelnet not reporting paid off account

During my “owed” period, I was receiving statements up to three or four times a week. I was making regular payments of 2-3x my minimum. I never understood why I was getting mail bombed by Nelnet.

Now that I’ve paid it off, no statement showing the loan as $0.00 has arrived and they haven’t reported to the credit bureau for more than a month. It is past their usual date by a week or more now.

I’m annoyed. Has anyone else ever encountered Nelnet not reporting their current status of paid off? How do I get them to recognize the payoff and update my credit report?
