Investing while paying for school

I am 23yrs old and have about $360K in HYS accounts and 2 years of law school left (about $85k tuition + $40K rent per year). I have $6K in a stock account mainly invested in VTI and VXUS (and a small amount in EPD).

Any recommendations for a stock/ETF that will appreciate while still providing modest dividend income and on the amount of this cash I should invest? Not sure how to safely invest while insuring I have enough to pay for the rest of school. I will earn also $50K next summer pre-tax. Thanks in advance.
