In your opinion, is it worth investing in pharmaceutical companies in light of the hantavirus? If so, which ones?
For those who may not know, hantavirus is a serious, often fatal disease caused by a family of viruses transmitted mainly by rodents (mice and rats). People become infected by breathing in viral particles from rodent urine, droppings, or saliva, usually during cleaning activities or in infested areas. It can cause severe and sometimes fatal respiratory illness (HPS) or kidney disease (HFRS).

Easier to go short on airline stocks IMO. They’re already going to get hit by the oil shock for a while

MRNA is already up on the outbreak news, INO is worth looking into

I think it’s worth investing into strong pharmaceutical companies regardless of hantavirus.
The dependance on medication by the human race is ever increasing. Invest mainly into those that produce medication for diabetes mellitus, that stuff is on the rise.

Careful. Hantavirus is not the same as Covid. It is really hard to transmit unlike Covid so a pandemic is not going to happen this time around.
This isn’t the next Coronavirus if that’s what you’re thinking.
Hantavirus will not be in the news this time next week.

I’d rather buy FLYD (although I don’t like it’s an etn.)
