      Population from the 80’s until today have increased quite a lot. Also in the 80s people would married early and live together, now people want to live alone. Cities can not grow anymore, and everyone keeps wanting to live in the big cities, alone, with a growing population.

      This is not a problem exclusively to economic politics, and it is happening pretty much all around the globe.
