I checked the payment counter a few months ago and was happy to realize I was at 287. The issue is that it has not changed at all and several months and payments have gone by. Does anyone have any idea how long it has been stuck?

If you’re talking about the backdoor counter API, I believe the current administration stated awhile ago that they were *not* going to maintain that
Mine had been successfully updating monthly since I moved to IBR a few months ago, this is the first month that it did not update a current payment, but it did change other IDR counts on the backdoor link to match my IBR count so something is happening behind the scenes I’m assuming.
Mine has been updating all along. I just checked and it’s decreased by one month since my last payment
