I’m new to disability about 2/3 months in. I need insurance. I have doctor’s appointments that I’m struggling to pay. I live in Georgia and according to disability; Medicare doesn’t kick in until almost two years. According to marketplace insurance I don’t qualify to be covered by them. Not enough coming in. And according to Medicaid I don’t qualify for them or something called pathways. I don’t know what else to do. Any advice/help would be appreciated.

You can also try contacting Georgia Medicaid or a community health center for guidance on potential coverage or sliding-scale care options.
