I am a young boy want to start it's own business cause I want to I am currently fitting in a job because idk why but my instincts says no don't do job.
I am a engineer at core. Learned tech.A Hard core Developer,
Amd business minded person. But I don't know how to pitch to people, where to Hire efficient people who can do his jobs.
I want to bootstrap my company. I am not behind or waiting for fund raising etc. Just want work work real work.
But every time I want to do something it directly goes to trash.

You’re not stuck, you’re just trying to jump too many steps at once.
Don’t worry about pitching or hiring yet. First get 1 real problem and solve it for 1 client. As a dev, that’s your edge. Build something small, even a simple service, and sell it directly to people who need it.
Once you get a bit of traction, everything else starts making sense
pitching gets easier, hiring becomes clearer.
Right now just focus on getting your first paying client, not building a company.
