Prob not because job adjustment come a month later and this admin has had horrible adjustments

This doesn’t take into account adjustments (feb adjustments showed a bigger loss in jobs for example) It also doesn’t show some other key points like the fact that the labor force participation rate has gone down, furthermore part-time work for economic reasons has gone up. So the pure unemployment rate/change in job rate doesn’t tell the full picture
