Just a suggestion, not financial advice as I paper-hand all of my positions too early 😂🙃 I understand having conviction in AMD and wanting to stay long.

But from a technical perspective, since this option is already deep in the money and has a high delta/lower diminishing returns after this point (already has intrinsic value, but less extrinsic value), it could be a better idea to sell this call, realise the profits, and use some of the capital to buy cheaper out-of-the-money calls with higher gamma that will grow exponentially as the stock moves closer to your strike.
