Question about FFELP forgiveness…

I have a $70k FFELP loan that was disbursed in 2008. Is there forgiveness after 25 years in repayment? I’ve always done IBR payment plans but had a few years of deferment when I went back to school

…if there is such a thing, do they automatically forgive after 25 years or do I need to apply?

I was thinking about consolidating it with direct loans for PLSF, but it might not be worth it if it can be forgiven this way.
