college access loan (CAL) loan THECB

So i just got denied for a CAL loan after 3 semesters of approvals. i was told the credit requirement is 650 and they use experian. the experian app shows 671 so i asked why and they said they use a vantage1.0 experian score not the fico(671) and i checked everywhere and i cant find a vantage 1.0 score. the only score i can see the vantage 3.0 which shows 647 and they told me my score was 644 im so confused and helpless. experian doesn’t even transfer you to a human any advice. i’ve also paid 2 cards in full
