I recently opened up a Capital One account and got my new debit card after having problems with Wells Fargo. I went on Ebay to make a purchase and as I tried using the Pay For Later option it kept getting rejected? The purchase isn’t international and I’ve also tried linking my account to PayPal and doing pay for later there and still the same error. Any help, tips, or workarounds?
