So I’m just now finding out I didn’t meet the SAP requirements and had a financial aid warning this spring semester. I did not get an email about it, I checked my school and personal email. I don’t know how to fix it and I don’t even know what SAP requirement I’m missing, I’m taking at least 12 credits each semester and I got all A’s and B’s. I got a message saying I have to take exit counseling because I’m below halftime enrollment, but I don’t believe I am. I’m kinda freaking out right now because my financial aid might get suspended and I have to pay it all back. I called the financial aid office and they won’t pick up. I don’t know what to do.

What SAP policy requirement did it indicate? Did you pass all your classes, not drop any, and have the minimum GPA required by your program/college for spring term?
How long have you been taking college courses? Have you changed majors to where it extended your time of completion?
Have you dropped any classes recently in the middle of the term?
Ive been there – Don’t panic
First thing to do is log onto your college portal and look at your graduation requirements and overall requirements. If anything looks weird there call the school immediately.
Either way, call the school immediately and try to speak to anyone.
Most likely, you owe money and this is what is causing the SAP to drop, OR you haven’t registered for Fall semester which makes it look like you’re no longer a student.
