Cerebras Systems is preparing to raise the size and price range of its upcoming IPO after investor demand for its shares surged. The AI chipmaker may increase its price range to $150-$160 per share and expand the offering to 30 million shares, potentially raising up to $4.8 billion.
Demand reportedly exceeds available shares by more than 20 times ahead of pricing on May 13. Cerebras specializes in AI inference chips, positioning itself as a competitor to Nvidia.
The company previously delayed its IPO amid a U.S. national security review but has since added Amazon and OpenAI as customers.

If it lists at $150, what will it open at? $200? $250? $300?
I’ll sit this one out.

This one is probable better to sit out and see what it does. I’m no expert but that’s just too much hype. Same with the SpaceX IPO.

Nebius trsdes at 100x revenue, that would make $50B for cerebras. There isn’t any inherent reason they would have a smaller upside than nebius and others
Easily $10B at opening, $50B soon enough

This one will go parabolic, get in at the lowest entry you can and ride the chip wave

OpenAI is already using Cerebras and the performance is very good.
Wafer sized chips are not super duper economical, but shit works.
