Hi everyone

Need to do some heave spending at Costco around 4-5k to be exact within the next month. At 5/24 but heard that the Chase prime card is the one exception that doesn’t count against for 5/24. Figured out the next card that could possibly work but would some insights.

Looking to hit a good SUB

Capital One Venture X (not the biggest fan of this card especially since the $300 can only be used via the portal and not a huge portal/3rd party platform fan. Would have love to do the Venture card the $95 AF one but that Mastercard based.

Atmos Ascent card heard great things about the Atmos platform but doubt will be able to earn more points since i don’t have any other cards that transfer into Atmos.

Chase united business card seen some great deals lately on the platform. The 110k can be easily done. But it’s a card I will probably cancel after a year since I have to use the card for the booking to get my domestic checked bag for free.

You can just go with Fidelity Rewards Visa

2% back and invest the cash back.

    2. Could try for AVEN. The application process is wonky but if you can get through it it’s a 3% Visa.

RH Gold of course, but you can’t really predict if/when you’d get it.

If you don’t have the money in the bank, you don’t need to be spending it

Would say to just use the upcoming $4k to $5k spend to churn a good Visa card sign-up bonus. US Bank Triple Cash for $750 for example. But I think at 5/24 none of the Chase cards are an option anymore, with your velocity US Bank might give you the $500 credit limit slap, and with your card profile the Capital One may be difficult to break into. Dunno about Bank of America or Wells Fargo
