Hi, helping out my mother since this entire SAVE drama is a whirlwind. The lady on the service line says she has to consolidate.. but apparently it would reset her payments count to 0 and basically start her over. Reading over the reddit posts say there's some option on the website to avoid consolidation, but I can't find it. How do I avoid being forced into an unnecessary consolidation that would reset the progress to naught?
