I applied for the Amex Brilliant card while it was offering the highest-ever welcome bonus. However, when I check my application status online, it has been stuck on “In Progress.”

    I called the 1083 customer service line, and they told me to upload my ID and supporting documents. But whenever I enter the upload link and my personal information, I keep getting an error message.

    What should I do in this situation? I’ve been calling the 1083 line every day, but all they tell me is to wait a little longer. I applied on May 6th, and it has already been 5 days.
