A reduction greater than 100% would mean that the customer would be paid to accept the product or service, as a 100% reduction of any number is 0.
These nutjobs are so utterly incompetent that words can hardly describe it.

What kind of fucking idiot human listens to him speak, hears him say “600%” and is like “wow”, but then Trump gets to “800%” and they are like “No way, thats even better!”
Trump could say “8 billion %” and it would illicit the same response.
