Hi. Looking at a house in Florida and in the primary bath there is a hairline crack that runs across the floor through several tiles. We just did a remote showing and my realtor said it’s not gaping and there’s no separation or uneven surface. There’s also a crack through the tiles along “lip” on the shower. So the part that the shower door connects to. Not the floor but like the threshold.
Are these cause for concern and/or something an inspector will look at?
Thanks.
Cracked floor tiles in bathroom of house I’m thinking of buying

This, at face value, does not seem like a major concern but a home inspection will easily confirm. Good luck!
That can mean what’s under the tiles is flexing. If the tiles are on the slab, the slab might also have a crack. If on a framed floor, may be inadequate or damaged underlayment.
Tile in a shower is not actually the waterproof layer. Tile and grout can be porous. The waterproofing is a layer under the tile. Either a rubber membrane or a paint on membrane. If that’s damaged, you’ll have leakage.
Worst case, rip out the tile, fix the cause of movement of necessary, then re-waterproof and tile. Better case just have to replace a few tiles.
The shower threshold is called a curb, by the way.
