Following up on my post a few days ago wondering if the cards were still available, I reached out to US Bank this morning via chat and was told that applications are not longer being accepted and it "seems permanent".
Usual caveats apply. I tried to post a screenshot of the conversation but am unable to.
Kroger Family Cards seem to be dead per USB CR
