Every Billionaire is the result of market failure.
Sure you can have an idea, business plan or whatever, and make millions. However, at some point, the free market should ensure competition arises and your profit should adjust so that you only earn according to the risk you take. These folks, however, have manipulated the rules and erected barriers of entry that basically make it impossible to compete with them OR are outright fraudsters.

Using “Billionaire” in a derogatory manner will never stop being funny.
The communists on Reddit pretending to be economists do realize that the economic system that allowed an immigrant child from South Africa to come to America and build things that people liked so much that they want to be a part of more of his financial endeavors . . that’s the dream to much of the rest of the world. It’s an amazing economic miracle that no amount of unemployed PHDs screeching into a forbes article will be able to top.

In reality. He’s a salesman— and he understood how government worked and what he had to do to ensure his grand scheme.
I wonder how it would feel to be one of the most hated man on the planet.
And we’re lucky to have 800 billionaires. I don’t agree with it. But it’s better than it being in some other country. Cause I’m pretty sure we all know what would happen then.
