An insurance adjuster told the customer (someone I'm working with) that she is not to contact them via phone. When the mortgage company called the adjuster, she would talk until the customer piped in and said she was also there. Then she hung up. Claim is not settled after 5 months and today she called and said all further contact needs to be through their attorney and gave phone number. Problem is, that attorney is retired and knows nothing about this situation whatsoever.

    Insurance adjuster hasn't dealt with claim (going on 5 months), refuses to speak to customer and today left them a message that all further contact was to be through atty and left phone#. Atty says they're retired and know nothing about it.
