My company will probably be closing, should I stick with CharlesSchwab the company that has my 401k and roll it over to a roth ira, or move it to fidelity?

Schwab is fine. Fidelity is fine. Decision is up to you.
Schwab and Fidelity are very similar. If you’re comfortable with the interface at Schwab, stay. If you want something different or already have accounts at Fidelity, go there.
