I need urgent HELP!
After my grandad passed away I received some money and put it into BTC a few years ago.
this is all the money that I have in world, when I got up this morning, plugged in my Trezor and looked at my balance it said £0. I looked at the transactions and there was the normal ones that I expected (that I have made over the past few years) but one on the 9th May for my entire wallet. What do I do? Can anyone help me? I’ve tried contacting trezor support but it’s going to take days/weeks.
This is my entire savings that were to fund my future and now someone has stolen it.
If there’s anyone out there that thinks they would be able to help to recover this then please let me know!
I never ever keep my passwords online or anywhere that can be found.
And have always been very careful when discussing my BTC.

Sorry, but if it happened like you said it is gone. Not sure if you know what a seed phrase is and what the difference to a password is. It sounds like someone got hold of your seed phrase. In that case there is nothing that can be done.
People dm’ing you claiming they can help to recover are trying to scam more out of you.

Every time another “stolen BTC!” is posted, I have to go check my wallet, to make sure mine is there.
Its sounds like you are kind of unexperienced with BTC. Could you share your walletadress (public key, not seed or privat key!) just to be sure its really gone
