Has anyone had experience with this?
My husband’s military leave was denied and we had to cancel our cruise. The insurance is saying it’s war related, even though the letter from the Colonel says the leave denial was not related to war. Why would the insurance think they know better than a Colonel? Is there anything I can do to fix this?

Was the leave denied or was it cancelled? I’ve only ever seen claims approved for leave that was cancelled vs being denied.
Resubmit or appeal the claim. I’m not sure if “the US government wouldn’t let me go more than 250 miles from home” is a covered reason, but denying because of war is definitely wrong.
