Have full coverage on my regular vehicle. Would you recommend taking a collision damage waiver and a liability damage waiver also, for extra piece of mind?
I usually get the collision damage waiver if I am renting for one or two days only, as the waiver costs about $28 per day vs my collison deductible of $500.
Some credit cards will cover your collision deductible if you are in an accident, but they don’t always cover the rental car company’s demand for loss of use and admin fees.
If you have a super low collision deductible then you might be better off not paying for a damage waiver.

Call your insurance agent, and ask them.
How could we possibly know?
