So, I was browsing Reddit for some insights on valuable stock options and I came across an interesting topic: mini nuclear plants.
As far as I know about it, and i know very little:
OKLO – main investor Altman
XE – main investor Bezos.
Neither company has a working prototype, a concrete concept, or anything to prove their tech is a viable solution yet. However, their valuations are already incredibly high, especially OKLO. X Energy is new on a market, under a month so its also hard to get info about them.
I know these stocks and even the technlogy is highy speculative, but given that Bezos, Altman are behind such solutions should wind the price up in the near future? Or when the nuclear mini plants hype really take of if it ever happens?
What is your take on that topic/stocks?

Both are definitely high-risk speculative plays but the AI + energy demand narrative is what’s driving interest. Big names like Altman and Bezos can attract attention and capital, though long term it still comes down to execution and whether the technology actually works at scale imo.
Check GE Vernova. Might be less sexy, but that’s my preference.
Small modular reactors and their respective companies are a moon shot. If they work they will go parabolic, but they could also all go to 0 pretty darn quick. If you’re into very speculative stock picks then this might be right up your alley.
