Hello, 2 months ago I was in a car accident that resulted in my side and front airbag deploying and my car being totaled.
The other driver immediately accepted fault however it took her insurance about 2 months to contact me.
They offered a great price for my car (more than I was expecting to get), they paid for replacement car seats, there were no kids in the car just myself, they paid all medical bills which was only one (I was able to walk away and suffered only very minor injuries), they reimbursed me for my rental car. However for pain and suffering they offered 2500 initially I countered at over 6000 and they immediately accepted. I feel like this was a sign I was way under their allotment for my claim and I’m just struggling to accept that I potentially left money on the table.
Has anyone ever dealt with anything like this?
