What I read is: “Uber is playing hardball to get better terms from Capital One, which is highly motivated to maintain & expand Discover’s acceptance.”
I wonder if this means discover cards or cards on the discovery network (cap one cards)
Are Discover’s processing fees higher than Amex, which is also Uber’s partner?
