Both accidents weren't my fault. The 1st accident happened 2 years ago and I just found out about diminished value. The 1st accident costed around $6,100 to repair, this 2nd one is estimated at $5,900 (have yet to confirm with an auto body shop if theyll fix it for this price).
The 1st accident had damaged to the front bumper and the 2nd had damage to the rear passenger quarter panel, so 2 different areas and no frame damage, just cosmetic (both in parking lots).
What are my options? Should I hold off on my car being fixed until I file the 1st diminished value claim? This is for a 2023 Tesla Model 3, im the original owner.
Can I file Diminished Value Claim for 1st accident before I fix my car for the 2nd accident?

Depending on your state, the statue of limitations may have already run out on the 1st one.
