I'm stuck between choosing one or the other, Statefarm is around $250-500 cheaper per 6 month cycle than Progressive, for the same exact amount of coverage.

Anyone have experiences with either one? Good, bad, ugly?

    Progressive or Statefarm?

There is no loyalty with insurance companies, just try and compare to make sure they have the same coverage, and go with what is cheaper!

Although, I know State Farm is a mutual company and as they had massive profits recently, they did refund some money last year.  However, they have made a ton of money for rejecting claims, which I have heard a lot of.

Also, introductory rates can change, verify that before you lock in

State Farm is infamously unethical. They’re notorious for denying claims like crazy. They may be cheaper now, but you might regret having them if you have an accident.

Progressive are not saints, but they’re not cartoon villains either.

Are Travelers or Plymouth Rock available in your area? Both can be better options.
