I made a payment the other day and I’ve been trying to login to my account to see the balance but the page seems to be stuck. Is nelnet down right now or is anyone else having this issue? I can’t seem to get to the login page to put my info.

Same here, been trying to check my balance for like hour and keeps timing out on login page
I think so. It’ll open on a private tab but won’t accept my password. Maybe you’ll have better luck.
You accidentally over paid and paid everyone’s loans off. They shut it down. Thanks man!
